Swinerton Invests in Critical Facilities, Appoints Dave Higgins to Lead Team

Swinerton Builders has appointed Dave Higgins, Jr., to lead its Critical Facilities team as senior vice president and division manager. The appointment is in response to strong demand for data center construction services to support mission-critical operations. Higgins' role will span all divisions, coordinating current and future data center construction and project management opportunities nationally.

"The market has responded strongly to our approach, as evidenced by our growing backlog. We're investing in the right resources to maintain our unblemished track record of quick, reliable delivery," says Higgins. "Our work in data centers, renewable energy power plants, and utility control rooms allows us to constantly refresh our technology and methods to maintain our leadership in critical facility environments."

Mike Re, CEO of Swinerton, confirms, "As a 125-year-old company, we've evolved over the decades to meet the highly specialized demands of critical facility and data center construction. We expect to continue our momentum within the critical facilities market, and Dave is the proven leader to take us forward."
