Swinerton Adds to its Colorado Operations
General Contractor Swinerton Builders has added to its lineup of construction professionals in 2014 with the recent additions of four new employees to its Colorado Division.
These four will provide construction management and supervision services for Swinerton’s Special Projects Group that focuses on tenant improvements, renovations, data centers and interior finish projects.
Harley Evans joins Swinerton as a Superintendent and is completing construction of Trulia’s new office in Centennial. Harley is a Denver construction industry veteran, with more than 20 years of professional experience, completing tenant improvements for noteworthy Colorado companies such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and DIRECTV.
Shawna Dias brings experience as a Project Manager, overseeing of both interior and ground-up construction projects for companies in the high-tech, life sciences, retail and industrial market sectors.
Steve Simpson comes to Swinerton as an Assistant Project Manager and is completing construction First Tech Credit Union’s new Fort Collins location. Steve has a successful history of working with financial institutions as he previously managed construction of several Denver metro area locations of a Colorado-based bank.
Amy Weaver joins the organization as a Senior Project Engineer and has vast experience in managing and supervising construction of office, retail and restaurant tenant improvements.
