Positive attitude, hard work, and resourcefulness contribute to promotions for 17 employees in Denver office

Swinerton has had the opportunity to promote several key individuals recently and we want to take the time to recognize every one of them. We love seeing our team continue to grow and pursue their professional goals. Congratulations to all!

Aaron Townsend has been named Director of Preconstruction Operations. He joined Swinerton in 2012 as Chief Estimator. In his new role, Aaron balances the talents of estimators and preconstruction managers and aligns resources representing safety, quality control, building information modeling, and scheduling.

After joining Swinerton as a superintendent in 2015, Scott Hill has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. With a background in site development and infrastructure projects, Hill manages Swinerton’s efforts in the waste-to-energy market sector.

Adam Lulay has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. He joined Swinerton in 2012 and is presently managing multifamily and mixed-use development projects.

Kent Bryan, a 17-year employee of Swinerton, and David Britton, a 15-year employee of Swinerton, have both been promoted to the position of Senior Superintendent.

Julie Witecki has been promoted to Regional Marketing Director where she aligns marketing and business development resources across offices in Colorado and Austin, Texas. She has been with Swinerton for one decade. 

Dave Potter has been named a Superintendent, and Dillon Rodriguez has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent.

Several Senior Project Engineers have been promoted to the role of Assistant Project Manager: Kyle Clanton, Katy Hodson, Connor Madigan and Ahron Osherhoff.

Swinerton also named the following people as Senior Project Engineers: Adelicia Colmenero, Ryan Garris, Zane Green, Shelby Lee, and Regan Lundin.
