Spring Has Sprung and Summer Is NearContributor: Swinerton Blogger | May 16, 2014
Sure signs of springtime in Colorado:
A blizzard followed by a blue-sky, 70-degree sunny day
More mountain biking and golf, less skiing and snowboarding
Swinerton breaks ground on two build-to-suit office buildings
And as spring transitions into summer in Denver, Swinerton continues to move dirt, excavate foundations, place concrete, and erect steel on a variety of projects across the metro area.
In addition to breaking ground on a new headquarters building for AMG National Trust Bank in Greenwood Village and starting construction of a build-to-suit office building on Terumo’s Lakewood campus, Swinerton continues progress on two additional projects which have been underway since this fall.
The outline of the Monroe Street Apartments in Cherry Creek becomes more clearly defined as foundation work continues on the eight-story luxury apartment community. In downtown Denver, progress is “going up” as the new Hyatt House and Hyatt Place hotel rises out of the ground at 14th and Welton.
Check back all summer for updates on these projects, and more!
