Recent weeks have seen a plethora of Swinerton employees giving back to the community. Whether through providing leadership, hands-on labor, material procurement, or giving time with future construction leaders, at Swinerton, we are dedicated to making our communities better.
A Day of Giving, a World of Difference
Once again, Swinerton employees and Colorado State University (CSU) students demonstrated their leadership and dedication
to helping those less fortunate as part of the CM Cares program at CSU. Work in April provided Mr. and Mrs. Zamora of Loveland, Colorado, with a new deck, safe access to their backyard so they can enjoy it with their grandchildren, as well as an
CM Cares is a service-learning program in the Department of Construction Management at CSU. Students participate in the CM Leadership Course to manage small community service projects throughout Northern Colorado. Volunteer students and industry members are engaged to complete the work that benefits families and organizations in need. The Swinerton Foundation is a financial contributor to the CM Cares program. This assistance, combined with the planning and manual labor of build day, results in fulfilling the construction needs of deserving families in Northern Colorado.
DU Work Day

Golf Tournament Brings Together CM Students and Industry Professionals
Several Swinerton Colorado State University alums participated in the annual CSU Construction Management golf tournament. The event brings together students and construction professionals for networking between industry professionals and future leaders.
