Swinerton Promotes Jared Hoeflich  to Operations Manager

Jared Hoeflich thrives on challenges faced daily in the construction industry and embodies the work ethic and motivation to exemplify Swinerton Builders shared values of integrity, leadership, passion, and excellence through every interaction. As a result of his hard work, dedication and leadership, Jared has been promoted to Operations Manager for Swinerton’s Colorado Division.

Jared brings more than 15 years of experience in the planning, preconstruction, and construction expertise to the company’s growing Colorado Division. In his role as Operations Manager, he will continue to provide planning and oversight of multiple projects while strengthening Swinerton’s operations throughout Colorado. His responsibilities include the management of the preconstruction effort, enhanced subcontractor relationships, and leadership of our project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Jared’s career development parallels Swinerton’s revenue growth as he has successfully led many high-profile projects, including construction of the 289-unit Monroe Street Apartments, the 21-story Hyatt House & Place Hotel, the dual-branded LMAC Hotel, and a new design-build high school for Denver Public Schools. Jared’s drive to advance professionally and learn new practices greatly contributes to Swinerton’s success and ranking as one of Denver’s top contractors based on volume. 

Hoeflich is a Designated Design-Build Professional , LEED® Green Associate, and sits on the Colorado State University Professional Advisory Development Board.  In 2014 he spearheaded efforts with The Swinerton Foundation—a 501(C) (3) nonprofit organization—in creating a sustainable funding source for Colorado State University’s CM Cares through donation of the lead gift to start an endowment which will provide resources for CM Cares in perpetuity. He also is a member of the Associated General Contractor Board for Directors and former chair of the AGC Colorado Future Leaders Forum.  Hoeflich holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
