Swinerton Builders Colorado and Batson-Cook Construction ceremonially topped-out SkyHouse Denver today by completing the structure of the last remaining level of the 26-floor, 354-unit luxury apartment building on the corner of Broadway and 18th Avenue in uptown Denver.
The milestone signals the building is half-way to completion and will begin leasing activities in spring 2016. The high-rise is expected to complete in August 2016. The development team of Novare Group, Simpson Housing, and Batson-Cook Development Company broke ground on the development in February 2015.
“With this milestone, we are pleased to be that much closer to offering residents the opportunity to be among the first to live in this world-class building located in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood,” said Novare Group President Jim Borders. “Batson-Cook Construction and Swinerton Builders are working carefully and methodically to deliver a high quality high-rise community and we are excited to celebrate the topping out with them and the highly skilled construction workers making this a reality.”
