Building Healthcare Forward

After successfully completing a Radiology project at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC), Swinerton Builders Seattle moved on to the renovation of UWMC’s Second Floor Tower Operating Room 8. The project included upgrades to the tower’s normal power and reconfigures existing circuits to accommodate surgical equipment. With other support services work at the hospital, Swinerton quickly became known as one of the “go-to” contractors onsite.

Continuing their momentum, Swinerton’s project team transformed a retail space located in bustling South Lake Union, into a flourishing clinic for trusted partner Vera Whole Health. Right on its heels, Swinerton is nearing completion of the Vera Kirkland Clinic, which will be home to three exam rooms, a treatment and coaching room, lab, and provider offices.

From minor upgrades, new ground-up construction, and occupied renovations, Swinerton takes pride in helping our clients deliver the best in patient care environments!
