Swinerton Builders Seattle would like to welcome Gary Chubb to the team as a Project Executive! Gary has over 27 years of experience in managing design and construction and his expertise will be a valuable resource for our team and clients.
Gary is responsible for overseeing the rollout of the Sustainable Living Innovations (SLI) Program, an innovative solution that encompasses high-rise apartments, office projects, and alternative delivery methods including design-build and public-private partnerships for the agency and municipal work.
Gary’s professional background combines both general contracting, development, and owner representation, which affords our clients a complete, unique perspective on total project success. He has extensive work on public projects, including the Washington State Convention Center and the Anaheim Convention Center Expansion project as well as other municipal work.
As a Project Executive, Gary is responsible for the entire project development process, and is focused on ensuring success during all phases of design and construction. He has experience advising clients and leading construction teams on feasibility, site logistics, financial planning, contracts, design team interface, subcontractor performance, budget compliance, quality control, timely completion and project close-out.
Gary is a graduate of the University of Washington and joined the construction field in 1991.
