A look into 2017 and beyond: Swinerton's future in the SoutheastContributor: Swinerton Blogger | February 12, 2017
Throughout 2017, Cambridge Swinerton Builders will officially begin transitioning into the Southeastern Division of Swinerton Builders.
Swinerton and Cambridge Builders first joined forces as joint venture partners in 2010, and then merged into Cambridge Swinerton Builders in 2013. Now, as part of Swinerton’s commitment to serve our clients, our people, and the southeast, the companies are excited to consolidate under the Swinerton brand in order to better serve the region, with offices in Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte.
“We’re a growing, vibrant organization, and creating these professional opportunities is part of our continued commitment to our people,” said Mike Ruskin, founder of Cambridge Builders and President of Cambridge Swinerton. “We can count on Swinerton’s 129-year legacy, portfolio, and expertise to help us expand operations throughout the southeast.”
The southeast division of Swinerton Builders will continue to serve our multifamily clients, but also support a variety of market sectors, including hospitality, senior housing, corporate services, office interiors, parking structures and ground-up office buildings.
“I’m excited about our future in the southeast because it’s a huge win for our clients,” said Scott Conrad, Swinerton’s Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. “Swinerton is committed to serving our clients throughout the US, so we’re excited about expanding into a broader geographic area.”
