Swinerton and OneStreet Residential, a developer and operator of active adult rental housing, are edging closer to completion on MainStreet Breckinridge, a new rental community for active seniors.

This project, which is located close to I-85 and Pleasant Hill Road in Gwinnett County, is scheduled to open in January 2018, and was recently featured in Inside Gwinnett Magazine as an exciting new development for for seniors looking to maintain their independent, active lives. The project is ahead of schedule, and a soft opening for media and community leaders will be held later this year.

Designed by Foley Design Associates, this community of one and two-bedroom residences features an open living design, Energy Star appliances, large walk-in closets, community gardens, a media room, a fitness center, an aerobic studio, and a spacious exterior courtyard.

Sustainable building practices include energy-efficient appliances, indoor air quality improvements, LED outdoor lighting and more.

MainStreet Breckinridge is a joint venture between OneStreet Residential and the Charlotte-Mecklenberg Housing Partnership. Swinerton is proud partners with Onestreet on multiple projects in the greater Atlanta area.
