Swinerton Builders 399 Fremont project team said what they meant and did what they said by accomplishing an early TCO for San Francisco’s newest Rincon Hill residential tower. This January city building officials signed the certificate of occupancy for the first 20 floors of the 42-story high-rise—nearly two months ahead of schedule and just 24 months after breaking ground. UDR, the owner, and their project consultants SCB Architecture and Project Management Advisors, Inc., were true partners in this endeavor. Their support was instrumental for achieving both the early initial TCO and Swinerton’s goal of an early TCO for Floors 21–42 by March 2016.
The beautifully curved building boasts numerous amenities including a rooftop sky lounge, a third-floor terrace dedicated to our canine companions, a fifth-floor pool surrounded by cabanas and appliances for outdoor entertaining, and a fitness center. Also adding to the allure of the living spaces are the landscaped outdoor terraces and balconies that ascend the building and offer expansive views of the city, the Bay Bridge, and the San Francisco Bay.
The team is extremely proud to have contributed to the iconic San Francisco skyline, joining the many other Swinerton landmark projects produced over the past 128 years. Being a small part of this storied history is humbling and meaningful to the entire team.
