Nestled in the SoMa district of San Francisco, California, the 27-story 535 Mission Street Tower nabbed the top spot in the New Office Category of the San Francisco Business Times’ annual Real Estate Deals of the Year awards!
Working closely with Boston Properties and architect HOK, Swinerton built 307,000 square feet of innovative collaborate office space brimming with top-tier technology. One of the first office towers in San Francisco to be pre-certified Gold through the LEED® for Core & Shell program, the steel-framed structure houses Class A offices and mixed-use retail space on its street level. Sustainable features throughout include storm water retention, natural day lighting, and an insulated glass curtain wall system that uses solar-reflective coating to conserve energy.
Congratulations to all awardees!
