Swinerton broke ground on the 540,000-square-foot building in December 2013 after preconstruction efforts with development team SmithJones Partners and Gables Residential. Swinerton and subcontractors celebrated topping-out in February 2015, and renters began to move in the later part of the year.
Defining luxury features include an amazing eighth-level patio with forever views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountains, along with a salt water pool, spa, an outdoor kitchen, and living areas. Additional amenities in the building include: concierge services desk, a demonstration kitchen, game roof, media room with pizza oven, theater room, fitness and yoga center, a dog washing station, and bike repair shop.
The building provides 35 different layouts for apartments—one bedroom/one bathroom, two bedroom/two bathroom, and three bedroom/three bathroom—that range in size from approximately 600 square feet to nearly 1,800 square feet. Each apartment contains a balcony with a sliding glass door and interior finishes of wood flooring, ceramic tile, carpet, quartz countertops, and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. Ziegler Cooper Associates is the architect and Semple Brown provided contemporary Colorado aesthetic interior design for the main-floor lobby, eighth-floor amenity areas, and the apartment units.
The building provides electric car charging stations and received a Silver rating from the National Green Building Standard.
