Swinerton Continues Work at Major Gaming Destinations

Swinerton Builders Seattle is in the midst of an exciting year, and is looking forward to delivering new gaming destinations to our Native American community partners! Sure to draw gaming enthusiasts alike, in Tacoma we are continuing our work for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, constructing a 630,000-square-foot, five-story parking structure. Upgrades and expansions are also continuing at the existing Yakama Legends Casino in Toppenish for the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation. The Yakima project features the site development of a new 200-room hotel, casino gaming space additions, a refresh of the existing casino, restaurant upgrades, and back-of-house expansion. Continuing our gaming momentum, later this year Swinerton will begin construction on the new 354,000-square-foot Cowlitz Casino for the Cowlitz Tribe

While we are looking forward to seeing these featured and upcoming projects come to life, we take pride in the work we have recently accomplished, including the Shoalwater Bay Tribe's Georgetown Bingo Hall renovation and the Puyallup Tribe of Indians' Emerald Queen Casino Ballroom and Stogies Cigar Bar & Sports Lounge.

Stay tuned for project updates and photos of these highly-anticipated entertainment facilities!
