Tops out in Hawaiian GardensContributor: Swinerton Blogger | November 18, 2014
After breaking ground on The Gardens Casino in Hawaiian Gardens, California this past March, Swinerton and JCJ Architecture recently held a topping out celebration, cheering alongside other project partners as they watched their autographed beam top out in its final resting place. Slated to finished in early 2016, the project replaces the existing temporary structure with a new 205,000-square-foot, two-story building. Swinerton is self-performing the entire concrete scope of the project.
Once complete, the Las Vegas style casino will be the largest card club in the state in terms of square footage and tables. The exterior of the casino will welcome visitors with a large volcano water feature and palm trees, while a grand porte cochere awaits them at the main entrance. The entire casino will also receive high-end finishes, tile, lighting, and ceilings. Sure to become a destination spot for poker and gaming enthusiasts alike, Swinerton is proving once again to be the best bet for gaming construction projects!
