Swinerton Management & Consulting, formed in 1994, provides comprehensive Program, Project, and Construction Management services. Our teams of seasoned design and construction professionals act as an extension of an Owner or Developer’s staff to ensure that complex projects are efficiently planned, designed, and executed. We provide a full range of preconstruction services that include strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and design review. Our experience in both the public and private sectors is broad reaching, ranging from renovation and seismic upgrades, to tenant improvements for small commercial establishments, to new construction of some of the largest and most complex structures being built today.
Our strength is being the Owner’s Advocate throughout the design and construction process – from cradle to grave. We have assisted Owner’s in implementing their Capital Improvement and bond programs; managed entitlement efforts; assembled project teams and delivered projects on behalf of Owners and Clients through many different alternative delivery methods.
