A Genuine Commitment to Community
We work on projects that enhance lives - not just of individuals, but whole communities, and we do this by including the community at every stage of the process, particularly when we partner with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and community organizations.
We not only meet the requirements, but we often exceed them, making a measurable positive difference for those DBEs and their communities - and we've been doing it for over 100 years. Our goal is to ensure that 20% of our contracting volume goes to DBEs and we exceed that percentage on many of our projects.
Throughout our corporate history, Swinerton has been committed to diversity and to providing opportunities to DBEs and MBEs - seeing them succeed is part of our success.
