Swinerton is a prequalified, preferred general contractor for delivering projects in Cisco’s 8-million-square-foot Silicon Valley campus and other projects throughout the Western United States as part of an on-call Master Services Agreement. Cisco is partnering with Swinerton largely due to Swinerton’s innovative and forward thinking approach toward project delivery. Scope of projects include administrative and sales offices, research labs, video conferencing centers, and training facilities.
