This project encompassed the design-build development of 412 upgraded units of multifamily housing in 85 two-story buildings of Type V construction with plaster and masonry exteriors.

These townhouse style units include attached garages and individual patios. The project scope included the complete site development of an undeveloped parcel of land, multiple new roads, all required infrastructure and the preservation of the Chollas Heights biological preserve.
