Swinerton Builders provided construction services for this Integration Support Facility under an Additions and Alterations (ADAL) contract.

This project is a 101,000 square-foot, two-story office building addition housing closed and open-office areas, conference rooms, computer and training rooms. Facility featured raised access flooring and special HVAC and electrical systems to accommodate computer equipment operating in the building. Commercial grade finishes are found throughout the building.

Swinerton also provided site improvements and landscaping.
