Swinerton provided preconstruction and construction services for this 104,000-square-foot project located at the former Stapleton International Airport site. 

This four-story condominium building includes 64 for-sale units with two stories of underground parking. The steel and concrete structure ensures durability and safety. Eight inches of solid concrete between floors and sound attenuation blankets were installed for ceiling insulation and to seal wall assemblies. All units have individual water heaters, and A/C and heating units.
