Swinerton completed multiple renovations at three campus locations for this technical college.

The project located in Aurora consisted of the renovation of three floors within an occupied 6-story building, and added classrooms, a bookstore, breakrooms, registrar office, faculty areas, conference rooms and a new set of ADA restrooms with plumbing risers and fixtures. In Colorado Springs, we completed three phased renovations; all occurred while the building was fully occupied with students, faculty, staff and administration. The renovations created an enhanced appearance and learning environment through updated mechanical and electrical systems and finishes. Library renovations included concrete floor repair requiring temporary walls to contain work and protect library users and contents. New spaces include offices, classrooms with drop-down electronic screens, administration areas, book store and breakrooms with new walls, carpet, paint, and millwork. The project in Pueblo was a two-phase renovation including space for new medical classrooms, conference rooms and faculty areas. The work included upgrades to floor and wall finishes, lighting and equipment installation. These projects also occurred while the building was fully occupied.
