This facility is the Southwest Regional Headquarters for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The office consists of a new 3-story building adjacent to an existing occupied facility. A highlight of the construction is a covered corridor connecting the new building to the existing building.

The facility also features a data center which serves as the main backup facility for the entire national operations of the BIA. In addition, it is also used as a training facility and holds administrative offices. To secure the site, a crash-resistant perimeter fence and crash resistant gates surround the facility. This design-build project was completed on time and under budget.
