This project demonstrates Lyda Swinerton's experience with data centers and knowledge of the fast track construction process. $13.7 million dollars of tenant improvements were completed in just five months. The 72,000-square-foot warehouse was renovated into a Data Center and Command Support Call Center area featuring 18,000-square-feet of raised floor area.
