Swinerton Builders provided preconstruction, construction management and general contracting services for the redevelopment of the historic Lowenstein Theater into a high-end retail development.

A new one-story retail complex was constructed next to the existing historic Theater. The 25,920-square-foot retail facility consists of precast concrete with storefront glazing, a stucco finish and mesh screening. The 2-1/2 story parking structure provides 222 new parking spaces for the facility.
