Renovations for 1670 Broadway Street, an office building located in downtown Denver, are being provided on an ongoing basis. Swinerton most recently renovated the main lobby, involving a new elevator interior and the application of new stone and perfectly-matched wood wall paneling and stone flooring. Prior renovations have included: the remodel of fifth floor restrooms, installation of common corridor areas, and connecting the existing lobby air handler to a rooftop unit.
