A public charter school in South Central Los Angeles. The project consists of three seismically isolated buildings: Building A, B, C and an on-surface parking at an adjoining site. The project also includes seismic upgrade and renovation of an existing Cafeteria building.

Building A is a combined High School and Middle School consisting of a partial below grade basement and four stories above grade totaling of 76,544 square feet. Building B is an Elementary school consisting of three stories above grade totaling 50,816 square feet. Building C is the Gymnasium and consists of three stories above grade for a total of 30,893 square feet.

Building D is the Equipment Building with one-story above grade totaling 1,400 square feet. Building E is the Cafeteria Building which has one-story above grade for a total of 9,546 square feet which includes a 3,000-square-foot daycare center.
