Swinerton provided preconstruction and construction services for this six-story post-tensioned concrete structure consisting of 69 for-sale, high-end, multi-family residences above an underground garage.

Monroe Pointe includes a landscaped auto court above the 69,940-square-foot, one-story parking structure on the eastern portion of the site and a landscaped amenity court covers the parking structure on the western portion. The exterior skin is comprised of red sandstone, metal panel, stucco and metal-clad wood windows. Other amenities include an entry lobby with concierge desk, storage units, exercise room, meeting room, business center, fitness center, guest suites, water feature, mail room, media room and caterer's kitchen.
