This project involved build-out of a new 7,000-square-foot data center for Time Warner Cable in Centennial. Scope of work included a complete interior demolition of their existing, 7,800-square-foot data center facility, structural upgrades, a new 7,000-square-foot concrete pad area for 11 new drycoolers, 11 new CRAC units, new dual grid fed electrical switchgear, 36-inch raised access floor, a Vesda detection system and a new FM-200 Preaction system.
