Bank of America, Springfield
Retail Banking
Springfield, Oregon
This project included the relocation of a Bank of America retail bank into a temporary location, followed by its move to a new permanent location. The 6,000-square-foot temporary branch required most of the requirements of a permanent branch - the safe deposit vault, restrooms, a data/tele Room, a teller line and ATM's. Once the branch was completed, construction shifted to completion of the 4,300-square-foot permanent branch. The features that had supported the temporary branch would be retained to support the permanent branch.
