15,000 square foot remodel of an existing space for Star Alliance, a representative of multiple international airlines, including Lufthansa.

Construction of this new luxury lounge includes new kitchens, restrooms, exterior glass, high-end millwork, high-end interior finishes and a concrete podium. The project also required modifications to the building's existing electrical, plumbing, mechanical and security systems.

Coordination between Swinerton, owners, tenants, and Los Angeles World Airport personnel was essential on this tenant improvement project as the space is located inside an active International Terminal for one of the busiest international airports in the world.
