This project entailed working in conjunction with Bank of America and Gensler Architects in preconstruction on the design for five and one half floors of office space, totalling 115,000 square feet in the Fifth Avenue Building in downtown Seattle. The design created a modern attorney's office that is both space-conscious and efficient, serving 200 state employees. This project incorporated clean line drywall detailing and modern colors to create a rich atmosphere.
