This project entailed working in conjunction with Bank of America and Gensler Architects on the design of a 12,000-square-foot office space in Bellevue's Central Business District. The space was designed to serve and accommodate Bank of America's Premier Banking & Investment clients. Consisting of high-end finishes, the project involved design-build mechanical and electrical, with a fast-track project schedule.
