The Edelman Office Tenant Improvement project is located in the active and historic area of Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. The 20,800-square-foot, single-story office, is home to over 100 professionals whose clients include many of Seattle's popular local businesses. This project is composed of a mixture of open office work areas as well as new enclosed offices, and a unique front lobby with high-end finishes. Work on the offices occurred while the building was occupied and completed on time despite the fast-track schedule.
