A 2.5-story office space totalling 40,000-square-feet for a high profile technology-based Client. Included in this space are high-end custom finish offices, seven conference rooms with Lutron (lighting control) systems, two multipurpose rooms with an expandable wall system, an innovation lounge for video gaming, two break areas with built in seating, and a custom sorghum counter. To accommodate the Client, electrical upgrades were necessary and called for supplying a separate power system for the space to meet the load demand and three new roof units to supply the space interior including a data center and process lab.
