This new construction project was a lodging facility for the Fort Lewis Army Base.

This project features the construction of a new lodging facility that will include 185 guest rooms, a lobby with registration area, a breakfast room, administrative areas, public toilets, vending areas, support storage and maintenance, in-house laundry, dock area, parking for 110 vehicles and miscellaneous ancillary support areas. Work includes coordinating the installation of GFGI equipment, finishes and furnishings.
