Design Build project housing the Sandia’s Security Badging office and Construction Management department.

Sandia National Laboratories is a government-owned/ contractor–operated facility. The new three-story office facility was designed and built in compliance with the level three Homeland Security criteria. It will allow Sandia to focus on the development of technologies that sustain, modernize, and protect our nuclear arsenal. This design-build facility is a steel framed building with a curtain wall/glass exterior. It covers 155,000 gross square feet of space and will be home to 600 offices.
