This design-build remodel project was completed in two phases with phase I encompassing the construction of a 10,000-square-foot colocation area and division into tenant leasing and work spaces. Key systems included environmental monitoring, access control and security monitoring systems, standby and uninterruptible power systems, DC and AC power distribution to customer areas, computer room air conditioning, and fire detection with pre-action sprinklers and FM200 gaseous fire suppression systems. Phase II encompassed the construction of a 12,000-square-foot colocation area including division into tenant leasing and work spaces. Key systems included chilled water systems, redundant UPS and batteries, and gen-set backups.
