This was a Design-Build construction of a three-story telecommunications hotel built to provide fiber optic and copper bandwidth for several major long- and short-haul carriers.

This building was constructed with 10 megawatts of power with on-site provisions for up to eight two-megawatt back-up generators to insure 24-hour operation. The floor loading capacity is designed for 175 pounds-per-squarefoot. The building was performance-based engineered for structural integrity utilizing 20,000 cubic yards of concrete and 5.5 million pounds of rebar.
