Home of the Mustangs, Tom McCall West Upper Elementary serves the Forest Grove School District as a sixth through eighth grade campus. 

The school was constructed next to the original Tom McCall Middle School and the new design entails a two-story steel frame with a masonry veneer exterior, extensive glazing, and a build-up roof consisting of metal panels. Interior build-out includes classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, library, teacher’s lounge, restrooms, and administration offices.

The project also included a new parking lot/drop-off area, site utilities, landscaping, and partial street improvements
