This project consisted of a multi-phased renovation in a 24/7, 55-story high-rise located in downtow Los Angeles. The scope of work included upgrades to the existing lighting system on two lobby levels, increasing the brightness and energy efficiency.
The project also included the replacement of existing bronze glass with 510 linear feet of ultra clear glass hand rails and 17 entry doors with sidelights and transoms, a massive stone security desk and a large concierge desk, new ceilings, and five large-scale tapestries creating an ultra clean, precise, simple, yet elegant and sophisticated design.
The project team utilized Building Information Modeling technologies to facilitate construction phasing and notifications to building management and tenants throughout the duration of the project.
