The renovation and re-flagging of The Adams Mark Hotel, located at 1550 Court Place, repositions it as one of Sheraton Hotels Premier Landmark Destinations and one of Denver's largest hotels.

The renovation consisted of FF&E improvements and accessories in the public area including renovation of the reception desk, lobby, lobby restaurant, “Link” internet cafe and fitness center; 133,000 square feet of meeting space including ballrooms, board rooms, conference rooms and pre-function areas; public circulation, public restrooms, elevators, pool area, landscaping, exterior hardscapes and miscellaneous spaces.
