Located on the basement level of Pioneer Place Mall the project entailed an extensive remodel of an existing 10,763-square-foot Gap store. The space was redesigned to house Gap, Gap Kids and Baby Gap in one location. Construction was completed in two phases with day and night crews to meet the 12-week schedule. The store received new interior finishes and upgrades to the MEP systems.
