Swinerton provided preconstruction and construction services for Thomas Bean Towers as part of a community revitalization project.

Scope of work included a first floo addition, renovation of the existing 162,725-square-foot high-rise residential towers consisting of 200 units, addition of a parking structure for 150 vehicles, and infrastructure work on this two-acre site.
