Swinerton built a new medical office building, a parking structure, and pedestrian bridges on PVHS’s Lemay Campus across from their existing hospital.

The four-story, multi-tenant medical office facility is home to the 22,000-square-foot Women’s Clinic of Northern Colorado, family practice, administration services, high-end spa and massage, and sleep center.  The parking structure is a precast four-level, 711-vehicle, open-air parking space facility attached to the medical office building via a pedestrian bridge. The medical office building is attached to the existing hospital via another pedestrian bridge.
