Swinerton Builders completed the Workplace Initiative Design implementation of eBay's existing space at 7700 Parmer Lane. This space includes over 22,000 square feet of collaborative work environments with satellite break rooms and larger conference room spaces. Our work included the complete demolition of interior construction, re-working the existing mechanical electrical systems, construction of new partitions, and installation of new finishes, glass marker boards, an extensive graphics package, and new furniture.

The 2nd floor space contains a Network Operations Center (NOC) that allows eBay to monitor their networks 24 hours a day. The NOC includes dedicated HVAC systems with 24 hour cooling and a new emergency generator that ties into their existing facilities.
