This 16-story steel-framed office building, located in the heart of downtown San Jose is adjacent to a 1,466-car, 10-level precast parking structure. The building features granite cladding and tinted glass exteriors, a 12,000-square-foot retail link and a granite-clad clock tower. Scope of work includes tenant improvements for a variety of companies in the building such as Apple, Soft Bank, Merrill Lynch, Metropolitan Life Insurance and Paolo's Restaurant. Swinerton Builders is currently working on its twin tower next door.
