Riverpark II is a 16-story, 325,000-square-foot office building in downtown San Jose. The building is Certified LEED Gold and has numerous sustainable features including a roof with a Hydratech membrane toppped with Dolomite rock, EnergyStar Metal roofing and CFC-free HVAC equipment and lighting.

Swinerton achieved a phenomenal 95% construction waste recycling rate during construction.
