This project is the addition of 12,000-square-feet of office space and a childcare center under a Construction Manager-at-Risk contract. The foundation and substructure of the steel-frame building are on spread footings for posts and include perimeter and interior strip footings. The interior is light gauge steel framing and painted gypsum board with batt insulation. The exterior is a combination of plaster finish and aluminum windows.
